1. Go to http://www.senate.ca.gov
   
   
2. Click on Legislation.
   
   
3. Type in author's name. Even though you are on the Senate page, you can search for Senate or Assembly bills and authors.
   
   
4. Hit SEARCH.
   
   
5. Click Bill Number.
   
   
6. Click most recent HTML to view intent and wording.
