Butte College Part-Time Faculty Association/UPTE will vote to ratify our collective bargaining agreement!

Vote before the end of Wednesday, April 30, 2025!

We are pleased to announce that after more than eighteen months of negotiations, we have won a collective bargaining agreement with the Butte–Glenn Community College District. This agreement represents a significant step forward for the Part-Time Faculty Association in compensation, workload protections, and job clarity.

We now ask you, our members, to review and vote to ratify the agreement. Only Butte College Part-Time Faculty Association/UPTE members can vote. If you are not or are unsure if you are a dues-paying member, voting will automatically enroll you as a dues-paying member.

Your voice matters. Your vote matters. This agreement results from hard-fought negotiations, and now it's up to you to decide.

Let’s move forward together.

In solidarity,

Stacey Burks
