RSVP to your 2026 UPTE Workplace Representatives Dinner

Join your fellow UPTE Unit and Workplace Representatives as we launch the next phase of our organizing! We will focus on identifying our coworkers’ priority issues and re-engaging thousands of our colleagues in the fight to defend our rights and advocate for safety protocols, improved staffing, fair pay, and more. We will also discuss using our union’s power to defend and expand public research, healthcare, and education.

Our new contract is an important foundation for the work we still have to do. Over the next three years, we will lead our coworkers in addressing profession- and department-specific issues as well as larger policy goals that align with our mission as a union. We will also discuss welcoming new groups of workers into UPTE who have been moved into non-union titles by UC, and building the strength and density we will need for future fights. In 2025 alone, more than 4,000 non-union workers won UPTE representation, and right now, thousands more are organizing to join us!
