Contract Pay Issue Report

UC has been unacceptably slow and inconsistent in implementing the pay increases secured in our new contract. We are aware that many members are experiencing problems with raises, accruals, and other contract-related changes.

In every case we have reviewed, UC acknowledges it owes these increases but has not yet updated its payroll systems. UC will owe back pay for all late payments.

We are meeting regularly with the UC Office of the President to ensure full and accurate implementation, including all back pay obligations. To help us move your specific case forward, please report your issue through our tracking form.

We expect UC to resolve most issues soon. If your issue remains unresolved by Friday, April 17, 2026, please follow up with us directly.
