We want to know if you are experiencing or witnessing concerning staffing levels at work. We are collecting this information to get a better idea of how UC’s ongoing staffing crisis is impacting our members—particularly in light of grant funding causing staffing issues—and we may reach out to you for more information. Please report back on any of the following below:

Unsafe staffing levels in the healthcare, research, or technical settings
Announcements of layoffs or staffing shortages related to grant funding
Chronically low levels that lead to burnout in your department
Any level of understaffing that leads to a decreased ability for you or your colleagues to do good work
