We are initiating an urgent call-in campaign to the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Jacinto Community College District on Wednesday, November 29, after 6 p.m. We need your active participation. With our allies—classified staff, full-time faculty, and students—we will flood the Board's voicemail with our solid and united demands.

Your brief but powerful phone call can make a significant difference. A few minutes of your time will contribute massively to achieving a contract that honors our dedication and professionalism.

Progress has been made on several fronts, including a 10.5% retroactive pay increase, enhancements in catastrophic leave, and more substantial union rights. Yet, our core battles—higher wages, longevity step increases, paid office hours, seniority rights, and access to healthcare—are still ongoing. We also strive to reinforce our contract terms, focusing on our rights to organize and an effective grievance process.

Mt. San Jacinto College management must recognize the need for stability and respect for our work and contributions. Your participation in this call-in campaign is not just an act of support; it's a clear signal to MSJC that we stand united and firm in our demands for the rights we deserve.

“Hello, I am associate faculty (or: name your affiliation, i.e., student, classified employee, etc.) at MSJC. Associate faculty have been bargaining for several months with the district and they deserve a fair contract. Associate faculty keep our college running. MSJC can afford to provide a living wage, paid office hours, seniority rights, job security, and a grievance process that includes binding arbitration. I ask that the Office of the President urge the district’s negotiating team to give the associate faculty a fair contract in recognition of the crucial educational work they perform.”
