We put real solutions on the table—safe staffing, career ladders, work-life balance, fair pay, and job security. UC answered with stall tactics, bad-faith bargaining, and unfair labor practices. We won’t be sidelined.

More than 10,000 of us across the UC system voted, and 97 percent authorized a strike. That’s a mandate. We’ve entered mediation because we’re serious about winning—not waiting. If UC refuses to address our priorities and put patient care, research, and education first, we will use our power and walk.
