From May 3 - 17, UPTE members cast their ballots to select which of our coworkers will represent our interests at the upcoming UPTE Convention, as well as the CWA Convention (CWA is the national union that UPTE is affiliated with). 

The lifeblood of a vibrant, member-run union is our democracy. It's how we ensure that every member has a voice and a say in drafting the priorities of our union. Our convention is the highest decision-making assembly in the union. The delegates may introduce and vote on Constitutional amendments and resolutions, as well as elect trustees for UPTE.
